Great service, highly recommended

I’ve used this bank for more than 1 years, in Europe and outside Europe. Nothing to complain about, everything works very well, app is well designed and fluid. Interest rates are great for saving accounts. Had an account with Lunar before but this is one step above.

I would like to leave a word of appreciation to Northmill in the name of Elvis, a customer service representative that I dealt with, for showing professionalism and patience in answering my many questions. I've been a customer with the bank for some time and my experience has been positive.

if you pay up completely they will send you more and more and more

well, i paid all my ilian payments based on the contract I have, but received another invoice a month later I was done, I thought it is because I paid some of my payment few days late. so I paid that one, even though it seemed Northmill throwing a net over me, after he last one, I kept receiving more and more. now I realized these people are scammers and trying to make me pay what I dont owe them, I contacted them and the answers weren't even close to satisfactory. they told me this gonna be my final one so naturally I asked for confirmation. interesting enough they replied it can come more in the future but this is the last one😐very disappointed

Hmm my cards just Vanish from my…

Hmm my cards just Vanish from my account... Its just (REALLY NOT) perfect!.On a Friday as well.. and no costumer service open before Monday... So now cant fill up with fuel or Buy anything... This really sucks.. give 2 stars because they helped with an scam..and cant transfer money from my account to my other bank... No i will change bank from this because its a BIG problem..

Bad Visa card

I only got the account since I needed good interest rate and a Visa card that could be used flexibly and cheap while travelling 5 months in Colombia. Just one month in the Visa card stopped functioning without further notice, a reading error, and totally new. The card is not damaged and it looksnew.I wrote to Northmill I neede a new card to Latin America. They could not help me, and now I only have one more card and I had to withdraw all funds from Northmill. Do not trust the bad quality created visa card.. rely on the more sturdier versions other banks have if you will travel lo´ng time.
