Review Time
I tried to order some boots at a great price but I had trouble with the website and the store was closed. I called in the morning, was called back to confirm they had a problem and called again to say it was fixed. Ordered my boots and they arrived promptly. I give 5 stars because someone answered the phone immediately, they called back every time they said they would and the problem was fixed. I think a company who deals with a problem demonstrates they deserve the 5 stars
Excellent service, I phoned to check if an item was in stock, and Becky called me back, first to apologise for a short delay (30 mins), then to confirm she had checked the second store and it was available. Good old-fashioned, telephone service! well done.
As an exempt member I have the right to enter a building without a mask, a member of staff approached me and said even though I am exempt I have to wear a mask. I then finished shopping and went to the checkouts where another member of staff tried to get me to put on a mask, to which I said I was exempt and can not wear one to which she asked me to leave the building. Again an illegal act as I am exempt and do not have to wear a mask.
