17 products ordered and not even 1 small sample added to my package?

Ordered 17 products but didn't receive a even a single small sample/tester. Other companies send samples with much smaller orders. Very disappointing. They really don't care about making the customer feel special.

Awful experience. My order came damaged; bottles spilled over all products, and all boxes were soaked with gels, mouthwash, and toothpaste. Disgusting! Customer service was unhelpful and rude. I do not recommend.
