Slow processing, especially for paid shipping. The customer support is horrendous. They sold me an action cam adapter for an “out front mount” that took ages to get to me only to find out it didn’t work with my “out front mount”. Apparently they recently updated the mount and kept same name. Their solution: 20% off a new out front mount. No thanks. I was a big fan and advocate of this company with several cases and mounts. I have even answered some users questions on the r/Quadlock sub-Reddit. Im switching to SP-Connect. Check them out- cool stuff!
I have boughten phone cases in the past which are great. I bought a new car and wanted a suction mounted holder so I bought one here. I bought a mag head thinking I would need it and discovered I wasted $30.00 because my case doesn't support that.
I find it's very difficult to find information on the website and even tech support wasn't really able to answer my questions. I had mistakenly disassembled the top head because I thought I was going to use the mag head. After I discovered I wasn't able to, I had no way of knowing how to put it back together; tech support wasn't really sure of what the singular parts where and which order they went in. Thankfully my husband was able to figure it out because the way I tried my case wouldn't come off.
I find mounting the phone on the Quad mount extremely awkward and challenging. I'm very disappointed in this mount and even more so that I spent the money I did. I would have returned it but it wasn't free so better to just suck it up.
I originally bought a case and mount from them is 2021 for my Samsung S21+. I was hesitant for quite a while due to the price. Quadlock's products are not cheap. However, after almost 5 years, the mount is still going strong and I've just replaced my case as it was falling apart. In the same time frame, my wife has had at least 3 cheaper cases from Amazon and definitely spent more money on cases than I have in the same time period. The phrase, "Buy cheap, buy twice" has never been more appropriate. The case that's just been delivered arrived in less than 48 hours and was well packed. I bought a mount for my e-bike last year which was a big help when cycling with strava. At this point, I cannot speak highly enough of Quadlock.
I experienced some delays with my deliveries over the holidays, which meant I had to go on vacation without my motorcycle gear that I had ordered. The company generously arranged for an express delivery to my vacation spot at no extra cost to me. I was truly pleased and appreciative, and it reflects a team that genuinely cares about its customers and provides excellent support. Thank you all very much!
I have used these mounts for years and was generally satisfied. However, after a recent 5500km trip, I found myself picking my phone off the floor repeatedly because the magnetic mount lacked sufficient strength. I cannot recommend the magnetic mount unless you only drive on perfectly smooth roads. I will be returning to a traditional twist mount or exploring other options.
Excellent product! I own the motorcycle charging kit and it functions perfectly. I also have the belt clip, which secures firmly. It did break twice, but fortunately, the company offers a warranty, and I received replacements promptly. The entire process took about 4 days from submitting the claim to getting the new item. I highly recommend the products from this company.

I hesitated to write a review, but the company hasn't been sending me any follow-up emails. The item is essentially a magnet that I had to buy again because the previous one fell off or adhered to something metal. It's frustrating that I had to purchase this twice, and it seems they could improve the sticking capability to the cover.
There is a complete absence of customer service. Despite your frequent replies assuring me that someone will reach out soon, no one ever does. I’m puzzled as to why you give me hope for repairs or replacements of cases that clearly don’t function, which you must be aware of.
