On January 29th, I received an email notifying me that my servers had been transferred to another company (Astraform Limited, Hong Kong jurisdiction) starting from January 28th – meaning I was informed after the fact. The email stated I could opt out by contacting support, but this is essentially a fait accompli when you learn about it the next day.

The bigger problem started immediately: I cannot access my account dashboard. Like another user (Olga) who reported the same issue on the 29th, I'm stuck in an endless redirect loop between .com and .io domains, getting HTTP 424 errors and eventually "too many requests" after several redirects. I've been locked out for 5 days now with no access to manage my servers or billing.

Here's the absurd part: I cannot submit a support ticket because you must be logged in to do so. When I finally managed to send a message through a popup chat widget on the .io site (mentioning I tried different devices), support's response was: "Close your browser tabs for 5 minutes and try logging in again." In 2026, this level of "troubleshooting" is laughable. No diagnostics, no actual investigation – just a patronizing suggestion that doesn't address the root cause.

The migration terms are concerning too. The new provider (Astraform Limited) is registered in Hong Kong with completely different legal terms. Their ToS includes clauses like "all products sold as-is with no refunds," they can modify infrastructure at will without liability, and disputes must be resolved through arbitration in Hong Kong. Customers were given no meaningful opportunity to review these terms before the forced migration.

After 5 days without account access and dismissive support responses, I have no choice but to abandon these "services."

Avoid if you value account stability and professional support.

Nothing works in the personal account.

In the personal account, none of the menu items are working. Tickets, invoices, VPS management—nothing works. It shows Request Error {}, Request Error Wrong Store Context, and on the page itself, 424 {}.

Overall service is quite good and I was happy with the speed provided and ability to cancel server and select a new one if needed.Only drawback was KYC issue that has put my account on hold. They were solved so I`m changing review to more positive one.

I registered an account a few days ago

I registered an account a few days ago. First, I purchased a premium subscription and immediately completed KYC with my passport, as the hosting provider recommended doing so. Then I ordered one server and paid for everything with my personal card with 3DSecure. After some time, I received a request to confirm the purchase using a bank statement. I did that and sent the statement for the transaction. To repeat: the card is in my name and the account is verified. In some time, another request arrived asking for a photo of the card. That is already too much — why is the customer treated as a fraudster by default? Moreover, sending a photo of the card is highly questionable from a PCI DSS perspective and potentially unsafe for me as a client. In the end, the account was blocked and the service no longer works. Now I do not know whether the money will be refunded, but I hope it will be.
