I bought Signia Hearing aids in September 2023. I think I paid about £1300 toHearing Direct.com. By December 2025, one Earpiece stopped working. I dug out the Guarantee.......but it was blank...... I tried to contact Hearing Direct, but could not find them. Looked at Companies House and the had gone into Insolvency. I next emailed Signia, explaining what had happened and asked what the Guarantee was. In return I got the Standard Reply, saying I should contact my Hearing Care Professionals, after me explaining they were no more. No mention of the Guarantee. Emailed again explaining that I had no "Hearing Care Professional". Again , standard reply. Emailed and asked if I could Return them direct to Signia for repair...........No Reply. Ignored. £1300 down the drain....

Worse than not allowed to say what I really think useless! My hearing aids hardly ever connect to the app and I can't be bothered trying to find out why. I will never buy these pieces of shit again.
Signia Active Pro. A nightmare. Never worked properly after 6months. Charging for hours and charge empty after 30mn. Then, needs pairing again after removing the app and reinstalling it.Poor sound as my own voice sounds nasal and fixing it doesn't work
I have already left a review but you have asked for further information 'to better understand the problem' I am unsure how much clearer I can be but here is another attempt to help you!!!I purchased my Signia Silk C&G 71X from Specsavers after a hearing test. My hearing loss was mainly at conversation level, especially the female voice (my wife notably!) and TV. Your product does not live up to the promises and sales literature. Conversation is drowned out by the surrounding noise. It does not noise cancel. Directional bias is no longer available on the app. After spending £3,000 I feel I have been conned and require a full refund. I await your reply.
I understand this is the profile of Signia Denmark but- the products are exactly the same in all countries so my issues are still valid- you colleague in France don’t care at all and they don’t even reply because they don’t respect clients. I have been using Signia AX Charge&Go for over 1 years. This product, which costs over €3500, is a disaster! Nothing works correctly:The Bluetooth connection is completely unstable, and if you put the phone in your pocket, the connection to at least one ear is lost.The sound quality in music/podcast mode is a joke. Even a 5-euro Chinese earbud offers better sound!The charger (which is the size of three packs of cigarettes) needs to be restarted every week; otherwise, it bugs out.The hearing aids need to be restarted several times a day.The app contains more bugs than Windows Vista in its heyday.During the day, you often have to remove the hearing aids to let them "breathe" by opening the little cap, otherwise, they stop working.In short, for a product that costs €3500, it's simply shameful.
I have been using hearing aids for 15 years. I bought hearing aids 4 times, the last 2 of which were Signia. Every time I was fooled by the advertisement of the audiologist. It has a very annoying and unintelligible sound. The best hearing aid brand for me was Phonak.
Update 27.11.2024: I also purchased the Noah Wireless 2 programmer and have the Connex 9 programming software, allowing me to adjust the basic settings myself based on the audiologist’s configurations. It was entirely my choice, and I must say there’s no comparison once you fine-tune the settings yourself, even though the audiologist’s adjustments were good. I’m referring to fine-tuning specific frequencies or certain sounds that sometimes seem louder in particular situations. The music sounds amazing. These devices are incredible—one can truly hear LIFE again!I've had my hearing aids for 16 months, Styletto 7 AX, and I use them with Android on a Xiaomi MI 10 T phone. I'm extremely satisfied with them. They're lightweight, perform well, and I don't use Bluetooth because I prefer to save battery life. With moderate to severe hearing loss, they last a solid 14 hours, and I still have 20% battery left. I don't understand why some people complain about not being able to understand with them; the problem is with the hearing loss, not the devices. So far, I'm satisfied and hope it stays this way. I dry them 4 times a week in a dehumidifier.
