This is the most uncomfortable face mask I’ve ever tried! It pushes into my eyes, and the strap barely holds it on my face. I have to lie down to use it. I reached out to customer service for a return and refund, but they ignored all my emails. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This product doesn’t work at all unless plugged in. The design is painful to wear, making it impossible to use. I’ve tried multiple times to contact customer service without any response. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It’s clearly a scam company.
I used to rotate through different serums and treatments, constantly looking for the next thing that might work. Since using this, I’ve stopped feeling the need to chase after new products all the time. My skin has stabilized, breakouts are rare, and my complexion just looks healthier overall.
The item is not great, feels cheap and very uncomfortable to wear - I would look into others. This company will not let you return the item once purchased. Steer well clear.**The company responded and told me to get in touch and then ignored my emails.
I find the mask uncomfortable to wear so I do not use the head band, I just rest it on my face lying on the bed. The nodules dig into the skin & I never use the electrolytes as they are to painful and even on the lowest setting left marks in my skin for a few days after. This was a Mother’s Day gift, but I could not recommend anyone to purchase this product. I am using it more regularly then I was to see if I can notice any results but so far I cannot say that I have.
Bought this face mask and was super excited. Put it on and it's so uncomfortable that I couldn't use it. It sat on the bridge of my nose and seriously hurt. I contact nova light and they wouldn't supply a refund but offered me a 35% discount which I had to accept. Sadly to this day I have not received this refund as promised by this company despite contacting them several times. Thisbis over a period of 2 months. Just silence. So i have no alternative but to give this company a one star which is something I rarely do. Sad really as
