I initially resisted but eventually complied, hoping for a refund of the amount they charged to my card. To my surprise, I found out today that they had made another withdrawal. I quickly contacted my bank to block my card. I strongly recommend anyone reading this to avoid this company to prevent a similar ordeal. Do not provide your bank card details to avoid future issues.

This website is a scam; they took my money without delivering the items. It's astonishing how many fake 5-star reviews they have. Don't waste time with support; they will have excuses for unauthorized charges. Go directly to your bank and dispute the payment.
