Staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. There was a slight system issue as I have a new last name due to marriage and it wouldn't link to my previous profile which a work around was sorted fast. Other than that, funds where deposited super quick and application process was a breeze
Experience with Now Fianace was really dismall, response timeframes were good, but the amount of information they requested was embarrassing. I applied as a sole applicant but regardless they kept requesting my wife's information, even after clarifying the application was individual they continued to request access to her finances. I was asked to provide most current payslip when I had provided the day before a payslip that was issued on the day. When entering in my expenses I was told it was too much and to reconfirm. I had entered in inflated amounts to account for unexpected expenses, but this still showed I could service the loan. The cherry on the cake was when they asked me to confirm leave entitlements to ensure any leave I took would not impact my ability to service the loan. All I can say is this company and the employees I dealt with were very unprofessional and I will ensure I have no future dealings with them. I know I am going to get a generic response about how they operate in a heavily regulated environment and are responsible lenders. But please if you are considering applying with them... don't...
