Parking is centrally located, and reasonably priced with a prepaid daily card. It does however force you to drive one way to the top, with only occasional exits. The day access is through Hema, with lifts and escalators. The late night entrance only has stairs.
I had a disappointing experience after pre-booking a space at a parking facility in Ede. The exit barriers did not open automatically, nor did they respond to the QR code, forcing me to wait for assistance to get them to open. This was quite annoying and inconvenient. The parking spaces are very cramped, making it easy for someone to accidentally scratch your car when opening their door carelessly. Additionally, the elevator was in a filthy condition, with a strong smell of urine. There were also some questionable individuals loitering around, smoking inside the building, which made me feel unsafe about leaving my car there. Overall, the security was lacking, and the rates were excessively high for such inadequate services in a small village like Ede.
The booking and access to the garage were smooth and generally satisfying. However, on the morning of 01/01/2026, we had trouble using the QR code for entry. While it was understandable that the garage was closed on New Year's night, we couldn't get to our vehicle until it reopened, which was disappointing.
