Review Time
I should preface this review by stating that this was my family’s first visit to Scotland, and we were not sure what to expect when we booked the airport transfer. The only bit of advice we were given was that “… you better not have more luggage than you claim when you book it, because the drivers over there have been known to refuse taking you if you have more luggage than you claim!”Ozzie from “Airport TaxiTransfer” picked us up from Edinburgh airport. HE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER!!! Upon arrival I received a text from him that included his photo and directions to his location. I mistakenly walked to the wrong pickup area. Ozzie walked from his vehicle while talking with me on the phone to greet me, then proceeded to grab as much of my wife’s and daughter’s luggage as he could carry and led us to his vehicle. (He is NOT obligated to do that). Oh and btw we did have more luggage than I initially anticipated. He assured me that it wasn’t an issue and he would “make it work”.Ozzie was such a pleasure that over the course of our stay we called him to see if he were available to drive us. If he could not he would refer us to one of his co-workers. Upon departure, I requested that Ozzie be our driver and he was. I HIGHLY recommend Ozzie and thank him for his warm, courteous, and friendly service!!

Ozzi was an amazing driver. Excellent clean car and friendly service. He obeyed all of the laws, and our whole family felt safe. I would recommend him anytime for a long car trip in Scotland. He can take the wheel while you can take a nap and relax!
