Stay Away! Terrible Experience! I spent a lot on a phone cover for my new device. After dropping the phone, the case shattered, exposing a sharp plastic edge that damaged the metal part of the phone! I reached out to the support team twice with photos, but they didn't bother to respond to my emails!
I ordered a case for my phone on 21 November, but unfortunately, the initial shipment never arrived. The support team sent a second shipment, but the case didn’t fit my phone at all, even though it was supposed to be for the correct model. A third shipment was dispatched on 4 December as a replacement, but it has been stuck in transit across Europe — moving from Sweden to Germany and now Italy — with no delivery in sight for Denmark. After more than 14 days and several unsuccessful attempts to receive a functional product, the support team has declined to refund my money or provide any compensation. This entire experience has been incredibly time-consuming and frustrating, marked by poor logistics and unhelpful customer service.
I'm really pleased with the quality of the phone cases, their design, and how they feel in hand. The team was very responsive and helped me with any issues I encountered. I highly recommend giving them a try; you won’t be disappointed.
