I have one of these beauty appliances. Have loved it however I have had to order a new attachment as the original fell apart. Here I am 3 months after paying for it and just get no resolution. I have asked for a refund but no response. Replies from bots. There are companies that offer better service. Use those .

I purchased the Nuovaluce Beauty Microcurrent & Red Light Therapy Device from the GMA 40 Boxes deal in September of 2024. The device I received was defective and would not charge. I contacted the company (email only, there is no phone number). They had me send a video of proof that it did not work. I did. They then said they would send me a new device. They didn't. After many emails finally on December 17, 2024 they finally sent an email with a tracking number for a new device. They asked I send back the defective device. I did, which I had to pay for shipping and they received it 12/20/24. They never sent me the new device. To this day, the tracking number still says pending and it is now 3/6/25. I emailed them repeatedly with no response. I contacted the BBB and they also never responded to the BBB. They have a "F" rating with BBB. I then contacted GMA and they immediately responded and sent me a refund for the device. The problem is that I still had to pay for the shipping of the defective device back and of course I am out that money. Essentially they stole my money, and I was lucky I bought this through a third party who was able to help. I would never purchase anything from this company again.
