Ordered their device in November and was only sent the conducting gel and an email apologising to say that the device was on its way, but I still haven’t received my device, and it’s almost February. I have contacted customer service and get no explanation. I am furious. I will NEVER order from them again. 4 years ago when I ordered my first device, shipping also took forever, but not as long as this. NEVER again.

I ordered 2 different anti-aging devices from Nuovaluce on 11/13/25 and received only 1 of the devices today, 12/29/25. The shipping email said both devices were included, but one was missing. I’ve been emailing customer service for weeks about not receiving my order and their responses have been slow and vague. I was relieved to hear that my order was being delivered today but so disappointed that it wasn’t my complete order. I’ve ordered from them before and had a good experience so I was surprised and disappointed with them this time around. I will not order from them in the future. It’s now January 9, 2026 and I still haven’t received the rest of my order. I did receive an email from Nuovaluce on December 29 apologizing for the incomplete order and stating that I would receive an update with a tracking number in the next few days. That hasn’t happened. Still waiting. Still frustrated.
SC AM- buyer beware. I was so excited to get this product but I paid for it and they never sent it so many back-and-forth emails. They printed a label for me to track, but they never sent the item with the label to be shipped and they keep gonna look into it for 3 1/2 months. They got my money but I never got the product.
Contacted the company after 4 years of having the product and to my surprise they honored the 5 year warranty. I could not believe it honestly. I have tried nuface in the past and there device broke and the company never honored the warranty.
