Never order from this company. They sent me the wrong color of shoes. And then they wouldn’t get back with me so I could get a refund to send the shoes back. So they got me for 120 bucks. They suck! The phone number that they have listed is no longer in service.
For the first time in so many years, I came home today after being on my feet all day at work and I didnt want to cry because my feet hurt so bad. The shoes are so comfortable and lightweight. My feet feel so good. Thank you.
Will not be ordering from this place again because they will not reply. I placed an order for one pair of shoes. The order did not go through the first time and they sent an email. I responded to that email and completed my order. I received the shoes and the chemical odor was awful but did go away. Packaging for such an expensive shoe was cheap. I wore them to work and loved them. Next day I received another pair. Checked my PayPal account and charged twice. Have been trying multiple emails and calls and they do not respond. I just want to return the additional pair I did not order.
I'm 50 years young and work on an active gaming floor full time. It's constant stop and go, and turning quick motions 9 hours a day, over 12,000 steps on a busy night during shift. Years wreak havoc on the feet. I used to wear out higher end/ name brand shoes in months, which will still aid in the development of foot related injuries. I saw your ads on social media thinking I need the same type of footwear that medical professionals wear during their 12 hour shifts. They pound the hard floors just as hard as I do.
I had only just gotten my nurse babe shoes and wore them for that first week. I didn't even have to break them in. The fit is perfect. By the end of my work week, the pain from a foot related injury (plantar fasciitis) subsided. It's because of the insole and lighter weight technology of Nurse Babes. Your shoes are game changers. I bought shoes from nursebabes.com and they have a 7 day return policy. I emailed them every day for the last week for a return shipping address and no one bothered to answer any of my emails. I don't recommend buying these shoes before you try them on as they definitely don't suit the shape of my foot and you CAN'T RETURN THEM as no one bothers to answer any emails. There is no return address supplied on their website either so overall I rate them a -10 for customer service and support!
Gave them a trail run yesterday, so comfortably, my feet didn't hurt. Tomorrow will be a great day to really see if at the end of the work day my feet still don't hurt. But so far I love them.
I recd my sneakers for 1 day but need to exchange for a 1/2 size up ..I would like a return lable just to get same sneaker..plus I am taken the opportunity with the buy 2 get one free coupon to order more ..just want to make sure the 1/2 up is perfect...my email mffdogs123@aol order number 53809...thank you Michelle McCarthy
