Ordered Christmas gifts on 12/9/25. Did not arrive in time for Xmas. Contacted the company and received no response. On 1/29/26 the items were shipped, they arrived 2/5. If we wanted to return the items they are out of the return window (until end of Jan). Very disappointed in how long it took to receive items and no communication. Have ordered from them in previous years and like their products and quality. Not sure I’ll order from them again.

Ordered shirt on 12/13. Received email confirming order received. As of 12/28 still have not received or received email saying it has shipped. I’ve sent 4 emails with no response. Tried calling and I get user s busy try again. Disappointing as my husband is a Grateful Dead fan and he would love more from them, however, based on this experience it’s not worth it. I’m going to turn over to my credit card company to try and get $ back. Shirt was not cheap
I placed an order on Dec 12 and never received it but of course I was charged for it. Ive reached out 4 different times and haven't heard back. I tried calling the number on the website and get a busy signal. I wouldn't order a thing from here
Overpriced trash. Complete lies about shipping times, and awful customer service.Ordered an item as a Xmas present in early December. They promised 7-10 shipping days. PLENTY of time. Item was "picked up" same day I ordered it (Awesome), then it just sat "in transit" for.....12 days now. It hasn't even GOTTEN to the USPS which will take another 2 days (AT MINIMUM) to reach me.I brought the issue to their attention, and they basically said...Just wait longer.You couldn't PAY me to make another purchase from this joke of a company.
I recently purchased a shirt advertised as XL, but in reality, it fits closer to a medium — my shoulders won’t even fit into it. I always wear XL, so this sizing is clearly misleading.When I contacted customer service, I was told the item was “final sale” and could not be returned or exchanged. However, this policy was not clearly stated at the time of purchase; it was hidden in the fine print. A transparent business would clearly mark non-returnable items in the product description.This kind of practice feels deceptive. Between the misleading sizing and buried return policy, the experience has been extremely disappointing. A quick search shows the company has only a 70/100 rating on Scam Detector, which unfortunately seems consistent with my experience.
Never again, I am officially done with using Section 119. It’s too stressful and as one can see from various platforms stating the same deal that I went through, delayed shipments, my time is simply too precious to waste. After this recent experience, I am no longer going to make any further purchases. I thought I learned my lesson two years ago but decided to give them a chance again recently, but I should’ve stuck to my instincts. If it didn’t work out before, it usually doesn’t.
