I ordered 2 boxes of Red Heart yarn and was charged for it and a subscription for your site which I did not ask for. I did not receive the yarn which was to be used for a church mission project but I did receive the subscription which I did not want. I still want the 2 boxes of yarn but not the subscription. I was also signed up for 2 other companies which I did not ask for but was paid for.

When you go to purchase yarn but get dragged into a website you don't even know let alone somehow sign up for a subscription. The aspect to cancel seems easy enough though but this is why trying to buy things online are to good to be true.

I have not had much experience with Nurturetot because once I got into see what they were about it was not something I was interested in , within a day they got back ahold of me and canceled my account, and compensation is coming. Thank for understanding.
