Start off with my small minor complaint but not bad enough to NOT make this 5 stars - shipping was slow.
But besides that I am so stoked with my new exhaust! It sounds amazing! Idling isn’t loud or droning, but even a tap on the gas and it sounds deep and mean like a cats purr. I’m obsessed!! My brother is a mechanic at Honda so when we were swapping the exhaust, every mechanic came over and was equally obsessed with my new exhaust! Master mechanic approved!
The experience with the service is truly outstanding, with a fantastic team that addressed all my questions promptly. The response time was incredibly fast; my order shipped the very next day and arrived within three days. I enjoyed quick, free shipping and top-notch quality. This is exactly the kind of result one anticipates when dealing with the best. I must say, this was my first time shopping here, but it certainly won't be my last!
I ordered a clutch fork here because it was $50 cheaper than a competitor's price, and I now regret my decision. The part was incorrectly listed for my vehicle, and the company refused to accept a return despite my attempts to contact them a week after receiving it. My mechanic pointed out the faulty part immediately, but I couldn't get the car back for several weeks due to scheduling issues. I expected the company to honor my timely communication, but the representative denied the return because I had exceeded the 30-day limit since shipping before I could arrange the return. In contrast, another company also had an incorrectly labeled part, but they honored my timely contact and issued a full refund. Errors can occur with any service, but the quality of customer support should always be reliable. Unfortunately, this service failed in that regard.
I have ordered countless parts from MAPerformance and I have never had any serious issues or small problems that weren't able to be fixed. I didn't even realize it until my car was near completion that most of the parts on my car are actually manufactured by MAPerformance including my exhaust manifold, heat shields, exhaust, intercooler, piping etc.
I ordered the wrong part canceled the order with in the same hour to get my cancel denied because it “already shipped” when the label wasn’t printed til the next day. I then try to return the order to be ghosted never purchasing from MAPerformance again!
Purchased a race cat-back exhaust for my 2022 Honda Civic Si. I placed the order on a Friday night, it shipped out Monday, and arrived by Wednesday — super fast shipping. Installation was straightforward and only required one other person to help. I was hoping the exhaust would be a little louder, but I think the car just needs a few more supporting mods. Overall, everything arrived in great condition and looks good.
