Order was delivered promptly with lots of email communication about delivery etc. I've been using this product for many years with great symptom relief for perimenopause.
I was let down by the lengthy wait for the product, which took several weeks to arrive, mostly stuck in transit. It finally showed up on 30/12/2025. Additionally, I paid for shipping when I placed the order, but was later hit with an extra charge of $16.50 for freight. I also found out that I could have bought the same high-quality item locally for a significantly lower price without shipping costs.
They may later charge your credit card for additional delivery fees that were not initially disclosed! This happened to me, and they held me responsible for not reading the fine print on their site. I ended up paying nearly double the shipping cost they quoted at the time of my purchase!

Terrible service! After waiting over three weeks, my product was returned. They charged me an extra $8 for shipping on top of what I had already paid, citing weight as the reason. How much do two pill bottles weigh? I tried to cancel but was ignored until they shipped it again days later, claiming they couldn’t cancel it then. I won’t do business with this company again; customer service seems to be a thing of the past.
The sign-in process on the website is quite confusing. An option called 'shop' appeared, and the emailed code didn’t work. Ordering and delivery were fine, but the packing list was also unclear, showing a name I didn’t recognize in Minnesota without mentioning the company.
