I paid for the installation service, but in the end I had to install the dishwasher myself. The installers didn’t seem to know how to connect the drain hose and even asked me for a screwdriver. I had already disconnected and removed the old dishwasher to make the job easier, yet they still couldn’t install the new one properly.
So I paid €24 for nothing. I won’t be paying for installation again, and next time I’ll go directly to Coolblue instead.

I bought a Xiaomi Note 14 Pro 5G online from MediaMarkt on 30 November 2025 as a New Year gift for my wife.
On 17 January I handed the phone in for repair at the MediaMarkt Delft store. The device has now been with their service department for more than one month.
I have visited the store twice in person, but nobody was able to explain what is happening, whether parts are ordered, or when the repair will be completed. I also received no proactive update from MediaMarkt.
At this point I find the situation unacceptable. A repair should be completed within a reasonable time, and customers should at least be informed about the status.
I am still waiting for MediaMarkt to provide a clear solution: repair, replacement, or refund.

"The customer service is great. I came to buy a switch 2, but one person said that it's sold out. As I was about to leave to look elsewhere, one person told me he saw one in the back. He came back with a switch 2 in his hands. He went above and beyond to get me my switch 2 and I couldn't be happier. He was really on top, knowing what the store had in stock, and I would recomend that you promote this person to manager."
The team that visited the house did not complete the installation correctly. They failed to secure the tap pipe and turn on the tap. Additionally, the connection for the machine's wastewater was obstructed and required cutting. They simply started the machine and left without addressing these issues.
I visited with some faulty headphones, and I learned that the warranty had been transferred to the service provider. After a friendly discussion, I was informed that my pair could be replaced. Overall, a fantastic experience with the helpful staff.
Sadly, the service has been quite poor. We made a purchase on Sunday, and they assured us they would contact us on Monday regarding delivery. Now it's Friday, and the support staff has been unhelpful. We visited the location yesterday, but they failed to provide clear explanations. They mentioned they would call us today, but that never occurred. We are likely going to have to initiate a return since our order remains undelivered.
I ordered products from a well-known brand, including a sandwich maker and a specific toothbrush... However, I received a different brand instead. It's frustrating that I can't contact support; there's only a return option available, but I'm unsure how to retrieve my original items.
