Good personal experience at point of sale and handover of caravan. Really refreshing to receive an informative introduction to the caravan by Benson, who was very knowledgeable of the product. Would recommend Kimberleys over other dealers from experience.

The staff in both caravan sales and the shop were incredibly helpful. The sales team took the time to understand our needs and presented us with various options without making us wander around all the vans. I highly recommend paying a visit.
I just returned home after collecting my caravan from the local branch, only to discover broken glass scattered on the floor and work surface from a damaged microwave turntable. I reported this to the company, and their response was that I shouldn't have had the turntable in the microwave. The damage occurred during the return trip after the caravan had been in their care. I won't be using this company again when I upgrade to a motorhome if this is their attitude. Update: Upon further inspection in daylight, we found muddy footprints on the carpets, despite assurances that they would be covered. Additionally, the heating fluid tank is below minimum, which I intentionally left untouched before service to see if it would be addressed. I fail to understand what was done for £339.

I can only say that the service was thoroughly professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The representative was knowledgeable and answered all our many questions. Although we are novices to motorhomes, we were impressed by the service and aftercare. Anyone considering a purchase will receive first-class service. Hats off to the team for their fantastic professionalism!
