First time getting a bus to Dublin Airport & unfortunately not a good one. The bus was past it's sell by date, noisy and absolutely freezing cold for 3.5hr journey, only redeeming factor it was on schedule,1/10. Fortunately the return trip was quite the opposite, modern bus, quite, comfortable and warm, 10/10. Maybe I was just unlucky but aircoach should do better.

We were deeply unsatisfied with the communication from the driver but upon all that the charging port wasn't working.
I was travelling with a young child and needed to contact family upon arrival to cork city at 8pm.
Then on return journey back today 10 o clock cork- dublin
No WiFi available on board
Deeply unsatisfactory and will never use this service again.

In my last two attempts to book through the app, my card was charged but I did not receive my ticket. Each time, I encountered an error message stating, ‘An error has occurred - your card has been charged but the booking did not complete successfully’. After the first incident on December 7th, I reached out to customer support and was assured a refund would arrive in a few days. As of January 11th, I am still waiting. This issue has occurred again tonight. I rely on this service 18-20 times a year, but the lack of attention and care for loyal users is quite disappointing.
While traveling from a city center to the airport, my cabin bag, which I had stored in the luggage compartment, was missing upon arrival. The staff informed me that the company could check the CCTV footage to see if someone mistakenly took my bag or if it was stolen. However, they mentioned that no one could access the footage until the next day since the responsible staff had already left for the day (it was around 4:55 pm). I was advised to reach out to the company the following day. The next day, I struggled to find a contact number for the company on their website. They do not provide one, which made it seem like they intentionally make it difficult to get in touch. My suggestion is: if you need the number, try asking an AI assistant. When I finally spoke to a representative, I asked if they could help identify when and where my bag was taken, but he bluntly told me that the company does not handle lost luggage and directed me to the airport’s lost and found. He also mentioned that they only release CCTV information upon police request. This response seemed illogical to me. If my bag was taken during the trip, why would the airport’s lost and found have it? I must mention that two women at the company stand were helpful and genuinely tried to assist me. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff I encountered were rude and unhelpful. Overall, I felt a lack of urgency and care from the company, which was reflected in their very poor customer service. It seemed like the CCTV was more for show than for actual security. I advise passengers to avoid using this service when traveling to the airport. If you do, keep your luggage with you at all times and do not place it in the luggage compartment. I recommend that the company establish better procedures to prevent passengers from taking others' luggage and ensure that they can provide relevant information to authorities if incidents occur. Additionally, significant improvements in staff training and customer service are clearly necessary.
We made an online reservation for a coach from the airport to another destination. The initial leg of the journey went smoothly, but the return trip was a nightmare. After boarding and having our tickets scanned, we were informed it was the wrong coach and had to remove our luggage. Later, with a new driver, we were assured it was the correct one. During the trip, another passenger ended up on the wrong coach and was dropped off unexpectedly. When we reached the central station, others got off, but we remained on the coach, expecting to continue to the airport. We then noticed our luggage being left out in the rain on the sidewalk, prompting my husband to jump off to investigate. The driver, who was a substitute, mistakenly thought he was headed elsewhere and informed us our journey ended there! Despite voicing our concerns, we received no assistance. We had to find alternative transport, spending an extra amount for a different service to the airport. The new company was baffled by the lack of care from the original service. I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund for the additional travel costs, but each time was met with a refusal. I will not recommend this service again; from now on, I’ll choose a different provider. I'm extremely disappointed that they couldn’t even offer a small refund for the inconvenience caused! Unacceptable customer service. Avoid this service!
I went to the designated pickup location for the service from one city to another, but it never arrived. I later learned that the stop had been relocated without notice. This left me feeling frustrated, as I had to pay for a taxi to avoid missing my flight. There was no communication regarding the change.
