UNACCEPTABLE experience with bus booking

This has been a complete nightmare. We booked a bus from Sofia to catch our flight in Istanbul, and just an hour or less before departure, we received a message stating that our money would be refunded. This is outrageous as we need to be there in a few hours. This situation is entirely unacceptable.

Please steer clear of this company. You book a bus through them for a destination outside Turkey, and when the bus fails to arrive, instead of a refund, they offer coupons usable in Turkey. Definitely avoid this company; they refuse to take responsibility.
