Issue fully resolved. Changed the rating to 5. I purchased 2 tickets separately from this service and paid. I needed to create an account, which I did. However, I couldn't log in to download and print the tickets. The website just kept loading. I received a confirmation for the 2nd ticket via WhatsApp, which I can access. The first one, though, I cannot download or access in any other way. Money wasted. Avoid using it!

Very disappointing service. I bought a ticket for a journey from one city to another. The departure location was missing, and the phone numbers on the ticket were irrelevant. The chat support was of no help. AVOID purchasing tickets from this company!
I bought a ticket from app. Before the bus departure time (Kamil Koç), I received a message saying the bus will be late for 2 hr. The obilet customer service said we can cancel your ticket and you will get a full refund in few days or we can issue in seconds an open ticket that I can use to get the next bus from any bus operator. I said ok for the open ticket. I did not receive my open ticket. I called the customer service 3x, They are telling me they can't give me the open ticket and cannot refund me and can't help. So basically they stole my money.
