Damaged items and poor support

My shipment arrived in a box, but upon opening it, I found that the container lids were damaged. The product was less than what I paid for, and after two months of waiting for a resolution, I was informed that there were no issues. I would prefer to choose other options that offer better service.

Warning about vape batteries

I do not recommend the vape batteries sold by the service; they are potentially dangerous. We bought three new batteries, and one exploded while charging, ejecting its contents like a cannon and causing minor burns to my wife. The smoke was overwhelming, and we had to evacuate our birds due to the terrible smell. The company offered a refund, but we had to deal with the aftermath of their product. I cannot recommend this service.

Poor quality product

The product was over-dried, under-cured, and lacked genetic diversity. It's better to grow your own or rely on traditional markets.

Shipping delays are frustrating

Shipping times are very inconsistent. Normally, it's fine, but this last order took over four days just to ship out, and then I had to wait an additional three to four days for delivery. Such delays are unacceptable for any business.

Do not order seeds. Even if they are labeled female, they could turn out to be male and be of no use to you.

Support was helpful, but shipping was a letdown

I recently interacted with customer support regarding two orders. The chat experience was pleasant, with a friendly representative. However, I was disappointed to find that both orders were delayed despite being placed before the shipping cut-off time. I received no notification about this delay, which caused inconvenience. Overall, the support was great, but the shipping process needs improvement.

Quality issues with products

The company needs to enhance the quality of its products; most items sold are subpar. The seeds I purchased are growing, but I ended up with hermaphrodites. Save your money and shop the traditional way for better service and guaranteed seeds.

Lack of information on products

I requested more details about a seed product and was directed to contact the supplier for information on THC content. I received no links or detailed info from the service. Their customer service is basic and not very helpful.
