At first my proxies failed and was only "supported" by a not-very-useful bot. After some days, they finally messaged me and from there on after they were very nice, reimbursed me for my payments spent and gave me a round of free trials of their different products.
I feel this is an overpriced product and it was very difficult to cancel and request a refund on my phone. Finally got it canceled using my computer. but still waiting on my refund to Paypal. I have finally recieved my refund with an acceptable reason for the delay. Thank you.
I purchased 200 datacenter proxies and after one day of use I found that I couldn't use the email service. The refund policy is that the traffic usage must not exceed 50MB, but the customer service kindly helped me to refund it. So I think I will continue to use this service for other things, but I need to test it carefully before using it.
