I took advantage of a sale for a large gaming monitor, paying $623. The delivery driver placed it safely in my sunroom and locked the door afterward. With cameras in place, I was confident it wasn't tampered with. However, upon opening the package at home, I noticed the box was severely damaged, which I had even questioned on camera. When I picked up the monitor, I was shocked to find the screen shattered, with glass scattered everywhere, posing a serious hazard for my curious toddler. I reached out to the company for help, but they simply instructed me to return it in the box without offering any assistance for pickup. After months of disputes with their support team, they claimed no wrongdoing and even mockingly responded to my concerns. The lack of accountability is frustrating, and I hope they face the consequences for their actions.
The watch arrived in pristine condition, and the delivery was perfect by the Sedex carrier. But the cons were OK; it was an open box. The problem is that the warranty was activated 3 months before it arrived to me, and now I can't activate the AppleCare.
Apple Watch series 10 condition was exactly as advertised. Fast shipping as well. Somehow, I was inadvertently shipped the wrong sized band but they contacted me immediately and shipped out a replacement band right away. Great customer service.
