I’ve had a fantastic experience with the service; the products are of high quality. When there was an error with my order, they were quick to respond and resolved the issue, sending replacements and allowing me to keep the incorrect size. I haven’t come across any shirts as soft or of such high quality that are made from organic cotton and reasonably priced.
I truly appreciate the quality of the fabrics used by the company. I had been searching for high-quality organic clothing for a while, and I was delighted to find them. My only suggestion is that I wish they had full stock available. I'm not sure if items run out for promotional reasons or due to supply issues, but I find that somewhat discouraging as a returning customer. I would love to see more of their previous offerings, like fitted sweatpants and quarter-zip sweaters, as well as more lighter earth tones.
The clothing is fantastic! Truly some of the best items in my wardrobe, even surpassing some designer pieces. The pricing is much more reasonable, and the materials are outstanding. The representative was very helpful in suggesting the right sizes and addressing all my inquiries. I will definitely keep purchasing!
It took some time for the shirts to arrive, but the representative kept me updated throughout the wait. The shirts are fantastic! They have a nice weight and generous sizing, which I prefer. It's a great price for such quality. I plan to order more as needed. Just be aware that it might take longer if stock is low. They are truly worth the wait!
I've ordered 3 hoodies and 10 t-shirts and am pleased with the quality, fit, and construction of all of them. They've surpassed my previous experiences. I gave 4 stars due to a minor stitching issue on one t-shirt, which I could have returned if I hadn’t removed the tags. That's on me, but I believe quality control could have caught that. I will likely order more.
The product is outstanding. Their t-shirts are the most comfortable I've ever had. When the hoodie sizes I ordered were too small, the team exchanged them without any hassle.
