Recently joined for 10 days,just got my first payment.Well, i estimated the U.K.time,oh! just started a new day of work,claim my reward guess might reach me before off from office.To my surprise,so efficient,less than one hour of apply,i got the payment.It's contrary to what i heard of UK style of working( as a HongKonger,i surely have close relatives residing in London ).Thanks a lot for your efficiency,also with lots of surveys chances.Hopefully,business gets better and overcome all the challenges and hardships in rising energy bill.
I have been with Offernation for approximately 6-7 years. I am their moderator and previous to this site, I was on one of their sister sites. I have heard many shady things about them throughout the years, however, I never experienced anything shady until now. The issue started when I attempted to cash out on one of their sister sites. I was put into verification mode, so I sent in a support ticket. I was told that I cashed out a different way than I normal do. I know for sure that I did not choose a different payment method than normal, but I was kind to them and said that I did not think I changed my payment method. They asked for me to send an email stating my payment method. Ok, no problem. I saw they closed my ticket so I asked if they received my email. They said no. I then said I was resending it. Again, my ticket was closed. I log into Offernation, see my account in verification and send in a ticket. They give me a very vague and strange response that my account potentially is linked to various other accounts and to please explain. I have no idea what they are talking about. I tell them this. They continue to tell me to read their initial response which as I stated was my account was potentially linked to other accounts. I certainly read that but I certainly do not know what that means. I only have one account on each of their sites. They refuse to elaborate and I feel that they simply just wanted me to guess what the potential issue is? Very, very, odd. They told me they wanted to talk to Your Surveys (thats the main router I have used for years). At this point, I contacted Your Surveys who told me there was no issue with my account. I told them what was going on with Offernation. They informed me that they were having several issues with 99Ventures (company that owns Offernation and the sister sites). They said the owners divorced and are battling back and forth with the company. If I could post pictures of screen shots of all of my support tickets, I would but I see no option for a picture. Additionally, they offer people money to post positive Trust Pilot reviews. So a lot of these positive reviews are because they paid people to do them. If I find that this is some type of confusion and they take my account out of verification, I will certainly delete this, but if you are reading this, please be very careful. If you choose to survey with them, do not leave any money in your account, cash out as often as possible to avoid them stealing your money.**In response to your reply since I cannot reply**Now am I aware that I am banned since after I posted my honest review, you have deleted my accounts. I have asked you on MANY occasions to explain to me what I did wrong because I did nothing wrong and you will NOT explain to me. I always took surveys honestly, all of the providers that I took them with I am currently in good standing with. I only posted honest information about what Your Surveys told me. Please do not take your personal battles out on myself or any third party. I was your moderator for free for years, out of the goodness of my heart. This is in no way blackmail. This is an honest person saying I did no wrong, you arent even clear on what you are accusing me of. I would like to know specifics. Is there really something going on such my account was hacked or is this coming out of no where? Again, I have asked you MANY, MANY times what you claim I did and you will not tell me! You want me to guess and I do not know. I have sent emails and support tickets to providers of surveys and everyone that I have heard back from so far says my account with them is in good standing. Additionally, getting to the point of money “stolen”, I do have money that is owed to me and will be filing with the BBB if that money is not sent to me. What I stated in my review was that if people choose to be on your site, they should not leave money in their accounts and cash out often. And to answer your questions 1-4 in a nutshell:I stated I have been on your site 6-7 years. Everything did seem legit until this incident. Again, I would please like to know what it is exactly that I have done wrong. You have my email, my Super Pay account is still there as I write this, if you want to send it there or email me. A vague "security breach" doesnt tell me what I did wrong and I do not know and would like to know.
