The bike is awesome. Easy to order and once received it was easy to assemble. It was well adjusted out of the box. The rims are tubeless ready. Get some stems and juice.

Great Bike; Great Value. I know the value is because it is direct to consumer. Bummed my bike came with a front derailer not set up accurately. I didn't expect gross adjustments with position and angles.
These tyre levers are quite poor! They broke after just the third use and are too thin at the point where they contact the rim. I used them correctly on the specified rim and wheel, and if they fail there, that's a concern. The support team kindly offered a replacement, but tools that aren't reliable, especially when you're alone on the road, are unacceptable.
I encountered issues when my bike was held up for a week by customs due to an incorrect value listed on the invoice. This was resolved after contacting the local office. After putting the bike together, I realized that the necessary hardware for attaching the drop post lever to the brake lever was missing. Although the local office claimed to have sent it, I never received it and had to purchase it from a nearby supplier. Additionally, one side of the rear shock top fixing was missing a spacer, which seems to be an assembly mistake. The local office questioned this, despite my providing photos. They advised me to find a washer locally, suggesting a size that was incorrect. Now, I have to have a spacer custom-made, incurring extra costs. Over a month later, I still can't ride the bike. While the bike itself is nice and the local office staff are friendly, the main assembly team appears to lack quality control, and getting support from the company is challenging, with limited spare parts available online. I'm uncertain if I would purchase from them again.
I ordered some parts, but after a week, they still hadn't shipped. With transport costs around 12EUR, I expected a 48-hour delivery. They use unique parts for their bikes, so any changes require purchasing from the company. Additionally, some upgrades aren't possible since their standards aren't followed in the market. I regret not buying from a local store.
