Unfortunately, the quality of the product did not meet my expectations. I was eager to receive my coat hook after waiting four weeks, but I noticed that some of the wood was splintered at the ends, merely painted over. It's a shame because I want to support local businesses, but for £90 for a simple coat hook, I expected better quality. The communication from the seller was consistent, but they do not provide a delivery date when you place your order; you just have to wait.

The items are made to order in a small workshop, so delivery isn’t immediate, but our rack arrived in a couple of weeks, which was perfectly acceptable. Keep supporting local businesses!
We adore the rustic matte finish. The solid wood is not MDF, and it’s well-constructed. We were initially apprehensive about ordering from an unfamiliar company, but everything went smoothly, and they kept us updated throughout. The only minor setback was the courier delays, but given the busy season, it wasn’t a major issue. Would we order again? Absolutely. Would we recommend them? Definitely.
Update: I'm getting a full refund, and the table will be collected next week. They are providing boxes for packaging. Since my last update, they offered a replacement, but I requested a refund because they won’t send a new table without getting the old one first, leaving me without a table for weeks. I ordered a solid wood coffee table in August, and it was delivered a month later, but now, two months in, the wood has warped significantly. There’s actual movement, splitting, and cupping on the tabletop. For a table only two months old, this is unacceptable. I suspect it was rushed in production. The company stated that the issues are likely due to seasonal temperature changes, but it’s been two weeks since I contacted them, and there’s still no resolution. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and durable. The table itself is beautiful, but the customer service has been lacking, leading me to consider other businesses for future purchases.
From placing the order to receiving the product, the communication was excellent. The coat rack arrived very well packed and undamaged. The rack itself is of great quality and looks fantastic. I’m looking forward to using it in the future.
