I'll be honest, I was on Instagram and maybe a little drunk when Havie popped up on my feed. My wife and I like to set the mood with lighting and sound, so this seemed like a perfect addition to our bedroom. It works awesome! The remote is easy to use, and the amount of colors this things can make is incredible!
A month later, one of the speakers popped out. It may have been my fault actually. I got in touch with Isabelle in customer service, and she got a new one coming to me immediately! Fast, friendly, and a great experience overall! Highly recommend!
I reached out to support and was expecting the run around because I ordered this product off of Instagram and have had bad experiences in the past with other companies. I was pleasantly surprised with the response time and Isabelle’s help on finding a solution. Her follow up and communication were impressive!
I received my lamp. Due to an operator error, I thought it to be defective. I reached out and received an impressively quick respond with the information that I needed to get it to work. I love this lamp, and I am getting another one. Great product. Great service.
First of all, I love the Havie lamp / speaker! The controls are easy, and I especially love the automatic turn-off so I can go to sleep without having to wake up and turn it off. The lights are nice too. I had a problem with the lamp, and wrote to the Havie company, and I was surprised and delighted by Isabelle's quick response. She was so friendly and competent, and offered to immediately replace my device. Just like talking to a friend :) Way to go, Havie! You're the best!

I placed an order with this company expecting a straightforward delivery. Instead, I was informed they were sure the package had been delivered correctly and advised me to 'look around some more.' The issue? The shipping label didn’t even correspond to the delivery location or my address. I searched everywhere—porch, mailbox, neighbors, even the street. Nothing was found. When I contacted them again, I hoped they would acknowledge the error and resolve it. Instead, I received no response at all. Now, just four days before Christmas, I still don’t have the package. This wasn’t just any order—it was intended for the holiday. In summary: customer service should not leave customers in the dark or waiting indefinitely. If the label is incorrect, that’s their responsibility, not the customer’s. A company that seeks loyalty must take action when issues arise, rather than vanish.
Although I haven’t received my lamp yet, the support I received was among the kindest, quickest, and most pleasant I’ve ever encountered! Huge thanks to the amazing representative who truly understands the essence of support and assistance! I appreciate it and would gladly return, even without seeing the product.
