Disappointing results from firming serum

The firming serum I tried did not improve my open pores at all, despite claims that it would from day one. After using two bottles, I noticed no changes in my pores, fine lines, or sagging skin. At 60, it seems like nothing can really help with these issues. I had high hopes for this product, but I am left feeling disappointed once more.

Unpleasant Reaction

I was excited to try a new moisturizer but ended up with stinging eyes and a stuffy nose. I've never reacted like this to a moisturizer before, and I've used retinol in the past. I'm very disappointed and feel this product was a waste of money.

Negligible Effects

This night cream is quite pricey, but I haven't seen any results after using it completely. I'm also not a fan of the recycling aspect, as it feels like I'm getting less product. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it.

Design Flaw

I love the product but absolutely dislike the new glass container. The old design was much easier to handle and scoop out the cream. The new design is heavier and less user-friendly, especially when traveling. I'm really disappointed with this change.

Impressive Results

I'm sharing on behalf of my 80-year-old mother who has used this moisturizer for 35 years. She has no wrinkles or crow's feet and looks fantastic. I'm envious as I have more lines!
