Very disappointing quality for the price! I certainly don't expect clothing at this cost to pill so much after just 5 wears! They promote it as being made of YAK, yet it's really only 25% YAK and 75% Merino Wool! This feels like misleading advertising!

I sought out the company as they were among the few U.S. clothing makers using Yak Wool. After trying their Winter Sweater in real-world conditions, I was amazed to find that everything I had read about Yak Wool's performance was absolutely true! The sweater exceeded my expectations in warmth, wind chill reduction, comfort, and overall durability. This one piece will help me simplify my winter wardrobe and replace low-performing garments. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-quality item that truly delivers.
I mistakenly ordered a women's shoe and contacted customer service within 2 minutes to correct it. The money was taken from my account immediately. After 4 DAYS, I received an email stating, "I'm sorry, no refunds/exchanges." DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! There are no exchanges or refunds, and you cannot speak to a customer service representative!

If you’re looking for easy-care, comfortable sweaters for all seasons that positively impact the world, I encourage you to try this company. They offer excellent customer service, repairs, and hassle-free returns. My all-season yak wool marled crew is fantastic—soft, lightweight, and temperature-regulating. The knit is so light that it doesn’t add bulk, making it easy to tuck into my jeans for extra warmth. I love the seamless 3D design. Wearing my all-season crew for 30 days has simplified my daily dressing.
Caution—poor quality product! They advertise that their sweaters are washable. I bought a Yak wool crew neck last year before a trip to Iceland and was initially thrilled with the fit and color. However, after the first wash, it became too tight, and I didn’t even use the dryer—just laid it out to dry. I ended up not taking it with me. Now that the temperatures have dropped, I tried it on again, and it felt incredibly tight! I haven’t gained weight, but it was uncomfortable. I provided feedback to the company, and their response was appreciative but ultimately unhelpful. They don’t stand by their products. Avoid buying!

Our story begins in a 3rd-grade classroom, where we bonded over our inability to write cursive and spell the word "giraffe." Twenty years later, we're still not great on the cursive front, but we have fulfilled one of our life-long dreams of starting a company together.
Growing up in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, outdoor adventure had a major influence on us. Throughout our lives, we've always preferred wearing durable, high-performing clothes versus wearing things that fell apart within a year or were simply uncomfortable.
There's a common theme among the brands we've always loved to wear. No matter the phase of our lives, we gravitated towards long-lasting clothes that felt good to wear, and when we found clothes that we felt good in, we wanted to wear them all the time.
