No stars. This was such a scam. The product looks nothing like the photo, the material is PLASTIC- not pleather. It looks like such a cheap rain jacket. If you do a refund, the shipping costs so much, and they offer a exchange- which means you do not have to return the item - which is sketchy…and then you need to pay 30% of whatever item you exchange it for. So you are giving them more money for more sh*t. I asked if they could take a photo or video of the item I purchased, so I could verify ordering it again- and they could not, and said “rest assured it is the same”. How could I trust what they are saying. Do not ever order from here
Ordered what looked to be a nice quality hooded sweater but ended up waiting about 6 weeks for delivery. When it did finally arrive it was ultra cheap quality with no shape and I would not have paid $15 for it if I had seen in a store. Absolute garbage so save your money and shop elsewhere. It's a shame as they do have some nice styles on the website. If they just made them as good as they look then it would be nice stuff, but as it is it's complete garbage.
I was very in happy with my merchandise from this company. What I received did not look like the add it was very thin and fabric was cheesy and cheep!👎🏻 It took me contacting them several times to let me return. Then I find out it would cost over $30.00 to return to China! never would I recommend this company an will NEVER purchase anything from them again!!!

It’s like the wish version of Temu.Returns do NOT go to Vancouver, but must be shipped to China at your expense. Or 10% refund. Or a discount listing is made for you. Meaning, you are a repeat customer under duress. Stay away. Looks good, is not as pictured. Misrepresentation of the highest degree. Catfish clothing is a better name.
It's too bad that 1 star is the lowest possible rating. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They misrepresent themselves as a Canadian company, the product is cheap and not at all like the pictures. It took forever to arrive and will cost more than it's worth to return. Arrives from Asia and must be returned to the Netherlands. Customer service has been deplorable. The whole thing is set up to intentionally mislead the consumer
I ordered from Olivia and James (order #7863) expecting the same quality shown in the photos, but the items I received were very different. The pocket on the jacket arrived already torn, and overall the materials felt cheap and poorly made.I was also disappointed to find out that Olivia and James Vancouver is not actually located in Vancouver, which feels misleading. I tried contacting the store for a refund and return instructions but haven’t received clear guidance yet.I hope the company improves its transparency and quality control, as this experience was very frustrating.
