I ordered a few pairs of underwear that were misdelivered by USPS and couldn’t be recovered. After emailing Olora support they were able to resend me my order and get everything sorted out in a timely manner. They were quick to respond and super friendly and understanding about the situation!
This product is amazing. I work out 5-6 days a week in the Louisiana heat, and they have been a huge game changer. I always had to wear dark leggings, or something heavy to try to hide the sweat, these allow me to wear super light material so I don’t overheat. On top of that their customer service is incredible. I accidentally ordered the wrong product (thought I got the seamless fit but accidentally ordered several pairs with the elastic waistband) they responded the same day and helped to fix my order. I’ve already ordered from them twice and will continue to use their product. Super comfy, lots of security, confidence gains, and great customer service. Can’t get better than that!
