The quality of products are amazing. I bought 4 panties back in March, and seeing myself always reaching for them over the past few months, I just bought 4 more a few days ago. The customer service was awesome - I wanted the exact same pairs, so I asked support to send me my previous purchase order and they responded super quick. My only reason for 4 stars vs. 5 is that I feel as though I get daily e-mails and marketing from them. Overall a great company, and I look forward to trying out all of their products.
I found Olora while searching for the perfect invisible underwear for tight gym clothing. I was a little sceptical and thought - “surely, they must not be completely invisible, no underwear is..”Happily, I was wrong!The product is just as described and I can now wear my favourite gym outfit with no lines or cameltoe.Also must acknowledge Olora’s phenomenal customer service!
Very absorbant and comfortable. You have to wear them quite high up on your hips which I wasn’t used to. Took a long time to arrive (almost a month) but customer service kept me updated, I bought 4 in S as I am a size 10 but these were much too big and moved around a lot, customer service was amazing and sent me 4 XS for free, they fit great so maybe size down for these. Will be buying more!
Great underwear to a good price!Supergood customers support! I was gonna place my second order because now i don't want other underwear and accidentaly made my order with my company card. I wrote them to see if they could cancel it. 30 min later (a friday evening) they had canceled the order and refunded my money!
