Their customer service is top shelf! I received some underwear that didn’t quite fit right, asked if it was possible to exchange/return and they were so nice! Not only did they provide me with a different size without any hassles they said I could keep the originals and donate to someone who may be able to use them. You don’t come across a company like this very often. Highly recommend them!You’ve literally got nothing to lose!
UPDATE: very quick reply and resolution from Olora. They’ve sent me the additional 3 items. Do size up though, and it may take a couple of uses to get used to the fit. I have just received my order and found the thong quality to be okay but the gusset a bit narrow despite having sized up as suggested by other customers. I don’t want to go through the hassle of returning/exchanging so will keep them. However, my main issue is that I purchased these in the Buy 3 Get 3 Free offer and have only received 3 items instead of ^ which makes this product really expensive for what it is.

I know this may sound obvious to a lot of you, but check your SPAM, if you haven’t seen order confirmation or tracking information from a company after purchasing, BEFORE freaking out. Olora are extremely helpful when it comes to customer enquirers or concerns, I am super excited for the underwear to arrive! I got them at an exceptional price and I amreally looking forward to feeling confident going to gym in tight leggings and not having to do constant checks in the mirror.
