Beautiful sofa, but it is incredibly hard in the seating / bed area. Does unfortunately not work as a bed without a very thick mattress on top! Basically like sitting on wooden chair with a thin cushion on top. Quite a stark contrast to the back pillows that are incredibly soft!
It was a very comfy couch but for some reason my couch came with a smell that bothered me. I have sensitive allergies. So I contacted customer service and they provided me a full refund and picked up the couch for me even though I had gotten rid of the packaging. My experience with the customer service was wonderful. I am grateful they took my concern seriously and made the return seemless. Theyre a great company and the couch was quality other than just did not work for my allergies.
Good sofa with great versatility from a helpful and responsive company. We had a slightly unusual request and the company were more than willing to help. It gives great peace of mind that we have purchased our sofa from a company that are responsive and helpful to their customers.
