Terrible order experience. My laundry pods never arrived, the company took my money, and I've yet to receive a refund or any delivery information. I highly advise against using this service; consider looking for alternatives for similar purchases. It's a scam and feels like a complete rip-off.
Dreadful service. I ordered a cleaning product on December 2, and I'm still waiting for it as of December 23! There's no phone number, only an email, which is pointless since they don't respond. Customer service is nonexistent. I initially thought this was a local company, but I suspect the products are shipped from overseas. I even received an email asking me to review a product I haven’t received yet. What a joke! I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand.
If I had read the reviews first, I might not have ordered the stacking kit I needed. However, I placed the order on a Tuesday for delivery in 3-5 days, and it arrived on Friday. The reason for only 4 stars is that the order confirmation lacked my street address. I emailed about this but haven't received a reply, which I find unprofessional. I did get a notification from the delivery service that they were expecting my package, which restored some confidence, although there was still no address for delivery. I eventually decided to change the delivery to my local post office, eliminating worries about the delivery service's confusion. I picked it up today and am very pleased.
This company is disappointing. I ordered a product two weeks ago, expecting delivery in 3 to 5 days. I've had no communication despite sending four emails. Now I'm trying to get my money back through a payment service. Stay away from this company.
Completely unsatisfactory! An engineer sold me a cleaning product for £30, which never arrived! I contacted the support team and was told to email them, but I've been doing that since June with no response. Now I have to pursue a refund through my bank! It's shocking! I doubt this company even exists.
