Also, since February, our eCPM has been fluctuating and earnings have dropped a lot. Sometimes eCPM goes down, and sometimes impressions decrease. What is the exact reason for this issue, and when will it be resolved?

My experience with the support team has been highly disappointing. I am facing a significant issue where none of my ad placements load any ads, even on a basic HTML test page. I have opened support tickets, provided detailed logs, and followed up multiple times. Yet, after more than four days, I have not received a proper response. One ticket was marked as “In Progress,” but there has been no follow-up. I feel completely ignored. It is the responsibility of the support team to assist when technical issues arise, especially when we have confirmed it is not due to device or hosting issues. I tested various setups with the same results. I expected at least some communication, yet I have been left without assistance for days. This level of service is unprofessional and disappointing.
I have already received my payment through cryptocurrency, and I am still working with everyone. However, I am encountering low CPM issues with the same ads. Can a solution be provided for this? Additionally, I am seeing daily deductions of 60-70% from my earnings. Please address these issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
