Frustrating App After Recent Updates

The app has become extremely frustrating following the latest updates. The PDF export option for my readings has disappeared, and constant cookie acceptance prompts obscure critical content. The interface feels poorly designed, and the text is too small to read. The on-screen keyboard blocks submission buttons, resulting in a chaotic experience that seems to have been released without proper testing. I've decided to uninstall this unsatisfactory software and will seek a different monitor from another provider. I'm quite fed up with this service.

Unusable IOS Application

This IOS application has become completely unusable after the recent updates. The PDF export option for my reports has disappeared, and the cookie acceptance prompts clutter the screen, obscuring the content. It feels like a design that even a child could improve upon. The text is far too small to read, and when I try to enter information, the on-screen keyboard hides the submission buttons. This app seems to have been launched without proper testing. Disappointing Customer Support

I can no longer download my recent data, although the device itself functions properly. When I reached out to customer support, I was informed by a representative with a difficult-to-understand accent that they no longer support the software and could not assist me with my issue. This experience was quite unhelpful.

Inconsistent Readings and Lack of Support

I bought this monitor expecting reliable results, but it has been very disappointing. Even with a doctor's assistance, we were unable to obtain accurate readings. For a device meant to provide health measurements, this is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the warranty department did not acknowledge the issue and offered no real solutions. This experience reflects a lack of accountability and care for customers. I will share this information so others can make informed decisions. Lack of Customer Care

The company shows no concern for its customers. I was given a part number to order a new blood pressure monitor cuff, but after ordering, I found it was the wrong one. The seller informed me that they would not accept returns unless I paid for the shipping both ways and a restocking fee, which would cost more than what I paid for the incorrect cuff. The company acknowledged their mistake but refused to take responsibility, leaving it as my problem.

Privacy Concerns and Connectivity Issues

I've been using the x7 for a while, and I hope the readings are accurate despite many claiming it’s unreliable. What is truly frustrating is their focus on collecting your data. To use the app, you must agree to their intrusive terms. Now, it won't connect to Bluetooth on my device, making it quite frustrating.

Caution for AFIB Users

I purchased the device for its AFIB detection feature, thinking it would be beneficial. However, during the first use, it detected AFIB and advised me to consult a doctor. It will not provide blood pressure readings if AFIB is detected. I returned it for a different model that simply gives me my blood pressure readings.

M7 Intelli IT AFib Issues

I bought an M7 Intelli IT AFib monitor in January and have not been impressed. It frequently indicates that the cuff is positioned incorrectly, even when it isn’t. The readings fluctuate between saying the cuff is in the wrong and correct position. Customer service does not address issues effectively and only sends generic responses, which is very disappointing.

Frustrating Experience with Connectivity

Resetting passwords is impossible, and the website suggests a premium version that incurs extra costs. I purchased the most expensive device available, yet now I find myself needing a subscription. I plan to switch to a different brand that offers better app integration and more user-friendly devices.
