What else can I say? The entire process was incredibly smooth! The representatives were pleasant to interact with, without any pressure or hassle. The installation was very tidy as well. I've been connected for a month now without any issues. My only regret is not waiting a bit longer for the current promotional deal! Definitely go for it; everyone deserves a good bargain. Frustrating Experience with High Exit Fee

I have never received the promised download speed, despite reporting this issue multiple times with no follow-up. Now, as I prepare to move, I'm facing a £400 exit fee, which is far more than what I've seen elsewhere. This fee is due to their inability to provide service at my new address. I cannot recommend this company, as many others offer fairer exit policies and better customer service.
