Thrilled with my new 75-inch TV!

I'm absolutely thrilled with my new 75-inch television! Previously, I had a 65-inch curved model, and this one surpasses it in every way! The QLED technology provides vibrant colors, excellent brightness, and remarkable sharpness compared to my previous TV!

Disappointing picture quality and outdated software

The picture quality is subpar and lacks brightness. It struggles to sync with a PC at 4K resolution at 60Hz, despite claims of capability. Additionally, it runs outdated software on a newer product. I will be returning this item. It's unacceptable for companies to release products with obsolete software.

I'm dissatisfied with my recent television purchase due to major quality concerns. The cabinet finish is poor, raising environmental worries. When I reported this, the response was inadequate and did not address my issues. The TV stopped functioning within a month, and I was informed that the motherboard quality is lacking, which is disappointing from a reputable brand. Unpleasant experience with customer support

I recently upgraded to a 65-inch model, attracted by its features. While the TV itself is impressive, I faced issues that I reported to customer support. They responded quickly, but ultimately could not resolve my problems and directed me to the retailer for further help. This has been a frustrating experience, as the information from the company doesn't match the retailer's, leaving me caught between two indifferent parties. I was excited about this TV, but now I'm considering a return.

Warranty issues and unresponsive support

Be cautious with the warranty. I purchased a large television online and noticed a vertical line on the screen. I followed the warranty process, and they initially agreed to replace it. However, after I voided the UPC code, they claimed the retailer used an unauthorized supplier and refused to honor the warranty. I hope my extended warranty will cover this, but I won't recommend this brand again. Their response acknowledged my purchase but unfairly blamed the retailer.

Frustration over lack of replacement parts

I bought a dehumidifier less than two years ago. While it functioned well, I broke the plastic water tank while emptying it. After hours of seeking support, I learned that no replacement parts are available. What should be a simple $20-$30 fix now means I have to buy an entirely new unit, which is disappointing.

Extremely poor service

This is the worst company I've dealt with! They sold me a faulty appliance and made multiple repairs. The last repair created a fire hazard, and now they are ignoring my emails and refusing to help. Save your time and money—look elsewhere.
