placed an order on 20/01 - as per tracking the order was delivered to my work address on 30/01 at 19:20 - stating i signed for it.. i was not at work that time of the night! the courier company cannot help me as they cant get hold of the driver who did the delivery.
I placed an order for a case of wine on November 25, 2025. After noticing that the tracking information indicated it had been shipped and delivered, I contacted customer support on December 12. I was advised to be patient while they awaited confirmation from their logistics provider. After following up on the 15th and 16th, I received the same response again on December 17—just to be patient! Now it’s December 22, and there’s been no progress despite my follow-ups—no refund and no delivery! It feels like they don’t care at all.

This company feels like a scam; they take your money without delivering the items. Don't trust them. After almost a month, they still haven't fulfilled my order. The customer service is the worst I've ever encountered! Avoid them and consider other sellers.

I bought four solar lights and realized they are of poor quality. I had better ones from years ago. After delivery, it’s nearly impossible to install them now.
