Review Time
The service has been very disappointing. I requested a fabric swatch on 12/21/25 and as of 1/12/26, it has yet to arrive. The support team can only say they will contact the manufacturer but never follow up. I just wanted to find out if the swatch was sent and when, which seems like a simple inquiry!
I ordered a rug in October. The positive aspect was that it arrived very quickly, although it looked a bit different from the website. However, my main issue is that I was enrolled in a membership for $99 without my consent. I was completely unaware of this charge until I reviewed my credit card bill. When I contacted the support team, they informed me that too much time had passed for them to cancel or refund the charge. I have since reached out to my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau to resolve this issue. Be cautious, as they are adamant that I signed up for this, which I did not. I will not be using this service again.
I ordered walnut-colored bar stools that arrived noticeably darker than pictured. While they came assembled, they wobble significantly, unlike my old stools. I reached out for a return and was told to box them up and attach labels, which I did. However, I only received one label for two boxes. I was informed of a restocking fee but wasn't given a specific amount beforehand. After submitting photos of the color, I was told they met the description and instructed to unbox them again to provide a video of the wobbling. The return process is cumbersome and lacks transparency regarding fees.
When I called to order nightstands for my son's apartment, the agent on the line was exceptionally kind. I had questions about assembly, and the agent assured me that someone would follow up after consulting with the company. Just a few days later, I received an email confirming that the nightstands would arrive fully assembled. I'm very impressed with the agent's assistance, the prompt delivery, and the follow-up regarding assembly. This company is exceptional, and I will continue to use their services.
Delivery was quick, and they made an extra effort to bring it to my apartment. The product exceeded my expectations in sturdiness. I would definitely purchase from this service again; my experience was fantastic, especially given my usual luck with online shopping.
