I’ve subscribed before and genuinely loved the platform, the AI-generated videos are excellent, high quality, and very impressive. This time, I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription and panicked when I saw the charge. When I reached out, their support team handled everything with kindness, patience, and professionalism.

Thought I would try it out. Spent $20 in monthly subscription. Only got 2,000 points. Not enough to generate a video and take it for a test run. They basically got $20 for free because I cancelled immediately after being told I'd need 4,600 more points to generate my video ($50 more). Which is not worth worth it for a video or music I don't even make an income off of. I want my money back for a product I couldn't and didn't get to use.
Stay away from this app, as it provides no chance to edit without ongoing payments. The lipsync feature was terrible and illogical, with random changes to the model's hair and clothing during the video. It's quite disappointing!
Out of concern, I paid for a professional video for my new song based on the provided brief. What I received was shockingly poor, disregarding my instructions entirely. It was so bad I couldn't showcase it. After spending 60 dollars, I ran out of credits while trying to edit, which halted any further edits until I paid again. It's a total scam. I attempted to reach out to the founder for assistance, but my email failed to send. Be cautious; don't fall for their tricks. I can't believe they can exploit creatives like this. I will ensure my voice is heard.
I purchased the Ultra Plan, which claimed I could create 8 minutes of video. After uploading a 2-minute song and entering the details, it indicated I needed more credits. The total was approximately 5500 for a 3-minute video, while the Ultra Plan only provides 2200. I tried to chat with them, but it was all AI with no human interaction. A complete rip-off. Avoid at all costs.
It appears to be completely AI-operated with zero support. I attempted to use email, but the link on their homepage doesn't work. My email was automatically returned. Please be cautious before signing up with this service if they are still operational.
I strongly recommend against purchasing a subscription. I bought the "Ultra" annual plan based on their claims of 24,000 tokens for around 100 minutes of video. However, I generated a single 5-minute video, and the system deducted 7,500 tokens, which is inconsistent with their advertising. The output quality is far from the examples shown on their site, with poor lip-sync and minimal adherence to my prompts. When I inquired about the high token usage, the support team provided vague responses and then ceased communication. I've initiated a dispute for "Item significantly not as described." Don't be fooled by their marketing.
Awful site and service. The only functional part of the website is the coin purchase page and payment process. There's absolutely no support. The only AI I've encountered is the limited chatbot, with no human assistance available. They should invest in support and improve their website rather than spending on publicity.
