Review Time
I have had to contact support eight times in three months. One gift I received came damaged and now its replacement was never delivered. Support takes many hours to respond then closes chats before anything is resolved. Use literally any other corporate gifting company; this one is the pits.
Terrible experience, both on selecting a gift and customer service. I was gifted credit to select from Goody's selection, their website provided me an option to thank the gifter back. But after sending the note their website automatically selected their "best seller" product for me without any process of approval or check out. The product? A set of travel kit liquid essentials, I doubt anyone is actually selecting these. It makes me feel they are pushing products down on taking people's credit. Customer service was hopeless, you get an "AI" response and could never get ahold of an actual person. At some point a person respond to the chat just to say they are closing it, no actual attempt to resolve issue or ask.
Awful customer service. One of those platforms where if things go well it is probably fine and I was even impressed with their selection and UX design at first. But when my gift never arrived, I could not get a person to connect with. They rely solely on "AI Assistants" which is super helpful if it eventually leads you to a service support team but it does not. This is not human-centered and I hope they change their approach.
I used this platform to send holiday gifts to my team. I had to go in and add my payment information several times even though I can see the correct information in my dashboard. Several of my gifts are still "in processing" or "accepted" after 30 days. When you contact customer support, it's just a bot that makes no sense in its replies and sends you on a circular reference. I will never use this site again. Very embarrassing and time consuming to tell employees I am still figuring out where there gifts are.
Horrible customer service. They never answer their phone, terminate active support chats, and do not respond to emails. It's basically like they're trying to prevent me from spending the money I have in my account so they can just keep it. There are so many of these corp gift places now. AVOID Goody!!
