From a gift recipient perspective, I find Goody to be an unethical company that doesn't stand behind its service. The vendor THEY chose for my wife's gift failed to deliver after several weeks. I was told by Goody customer support to choose another gift, but Goody soon after expired it without prior notice. Wasted an enormous amount of our time. Awful customer service.

i will start by saying i did NOT get anything from this place. Work sent us a link to pick out a gift for employee appreciation. LOL what a joke. i got the message, work does NOT appreciate us! over priced junk for pre-teen and teenagers. waste of crap
My workplace let me order a gift from Goody but Goody sent me the wrong item. Even the packing slip didn’t match the item I ordered. Getting in touch with a human at Goody was challenging as their first point of contact is a chatbot. After a day I reach out again and a human finally responds. I emailed them proof that they sent me the wrong item and they tell me they need to reach out to the team to figure out next steps. Mind-boggling. Well despite this being a pretty straight forward issue and solution, they’ve yet to get “back in touch”. Goody may have the worst customer experience of any online retail I’ve ever encountered.
