While Goody is easy to use and has great catalogs, we would not have used the service if we knew how it operated. We gave employees an option to use up to $65 on items. What Goody did was if an employee chose a lower priced item, Goody would still charge full price and then put the remainder in a funding account. So we will always have a balance sitting in the account. That's not how we would choose this to operate. We should only be charged for what was redeemed, not the "up to" amount.
I made a purchase and had to make return but, instead of replenishing my account and having me choose something else, I was provided with a strict list of items I could exchange for the returned item. All of the products on the list were not at all appealing and I had to settle for a pair of socks. My intention was to have the points go back into my account which still had some points left in it and with the returned items points I would have purchased a dozen golf balls and used up most if not all of my points. Very unhappy with the way this turned out to the point that I no longer want to do business with your Company and have nothing good to say about my experience with Goody.
I was sent a gift link from Goody 10 days ago and ordered a gift that same day. Til this day, I have not received shipping information concerning the item I ordered. I sent a them an email to get an update and I have yet to hear back.
